Private Physiotherapy at The Ashford Health Hub
If your back has been painful for longer than you expected, your shoulder catches when you reach up, your knee does not feel right since a twist, or you are simply not moving as easily as you used to, it can help to have it properly assessed.
Physios ’R’ Us provides private physiotherapy for adults in Ashford and the surrounding areas. We see people with muscle and joint pain, sports injuries, balance problems, dizziness, reduced mobility and rehabilitation needs after surgery, illness or a hospital stay.
Our clinic is based at The Ashford Health Hub on Henwood Industrial Estate. Parking is available at the site, the clinic is close to Ashford town centre, and Junction 10 of the M20 is nearby.
At your first appointment, we will listen to what has been happening, look at how you are moving and talk through what may be contributing. We will explain things in plain English, discuss the options with you and usually begin treatment during the same appointment where appropriate. We will also agree a plan that fits around your symptoms, work, home life and goals.
What We Can Help With
Treatment Available at Our Ashford Clinic
There is no single treatment that works for every problem. What is useful for one person may not be right for another. Your treatment plan will be based on your assessment, your symptoms and what you are hoping to get back to.

Referrals, Insurance and Appointment Times
You can book a private physiotherapy appointment directly without a GP referral.
We see self funding patients and accept most private medical insurance providers. If you plan to use insurance, please contact us before booking so we can check whether authorisation is needed and confirm the arrangements with your provider.
Evening and Saturday appointments are available, subject to clinician availability.
If we feel you need a scan, medical review, specialist opinion or another type of support, we will discuss this with you. With your permission, we can communicate with your GP, consultant or other healthcare professional where needed.
When to Seek Urgent Medical Advice
Physiotherapy is not a substitute for urgent medical assessment.
Please seek urgent medical help rather than wait for a routine appointment if you have chest pain, severe shortness of breath, sudden facial weakness, difficulty speaking, sudden changes in vision or symptoms following a significant injury.
You should also seek urgent advice if you have back or leg pain with new changes to bladder or bowel control, numbness around the genitals, buttocks or inner thighs, or rapidly worsening weakness in your legs.
